Why Journeys?
There are seasons when a single class is not enough — when what we need is time. Time to slow down, to breathe deeply, to listen beneath the noise, and to gather practices that can carry us forward. These workshops and journeys are invitations to step outside routine and into presence — spaces where the nervous system can soften, the body can replenish, and the spirit can remember its own rhythm.
Each gathering is more than instruction; it is a pause, a reset, and a return. Together, we explore what becomes possible when care and presence are given space to unfold.
What to Expect
Across all journeys — whether a few evenings or an entire month — you’ll find a weaving of:
Embodied movement — gentle yoga, therapeutic traction, or restorative postures that support rather than strain.
Breath & mindfulness — practices that quiet the nervous system and invite steadiness into the moment.
Sacred self-care rituals — guided self-massage, journaling, mandala reflection, and daily pauses that help you integrate presence into ordinary life.
Light-based support (optional) — education and exploration of phototherapy patches, offered as a gentle companion for balance and vitality.
Community connection — the medicine of being with others on the same path of remembering, sharing, and renewal.

Seasonal practices in release, reflection, renewal, and radiance — begin anytime, with the freedom to commit one season at a time or walk the full year’s cycle.
30-Day Embodied Reconnection Journey (online)
Daily practices, reflection prompts, and a circle of support to help embodiment become part of your daily rhythm.
5-Day Gentle Reset (online)
A week of breath, mindful movement, and stillness — short practices that restore balance when life feels heavy.
Weekend or Evening Retreat: Breath, Rest & Renewal (in person)
An immersive space for nervous system rest and embodied self-care, surrounded by nature and community.
For Schools & Organizations
Tailored workshops (on-line or in person) that weave mindfulness, movement, and care into collective spaces of learning and work. (Certified Yoga ED Instructor-K-8) Available for classrooms and for in-services days.
