Presence is a language I had to learn — one that now speaks to me more clearly than anything else. I came to this work through my own journey. What began as a way of healing my own pain grew into a lifelong path of guiding others back to themselves.
I’ve witnessed (and experienced) the quiet language of the body as it learns to soften into its own rhythm — in breath, in movement, in stillness.
My path has woven yoga therapy, somatic psychology, TRE®, Thai yoga, massage, Ayurveda, mindfulness, and art — not as separate pursuits, but as different expressions of the same truth: how to return home to yourself. The integration of ancient wisdom with lived experience has shown me that healing isn’t something we “push” toward — it’s something we nurture and allow.
Photography and the creation of mandalas became another form of listening, teaching me that stillness has texture and light has its own voice. For me, movement, stillness, and art are not separate. They are all expressions of presence — ways of remembering balance and beauty in our everyday lives.
These practices, whether on the mat or behind the lens, remind me — and those I guide — that the smallest details often hold the greatest healing.
And here, “hello” is more than a greeting. It is a pause, a reintegration: an invitation to live into your passion, embody your practice, root into your purpose, and rediscover the play of being alive.
Why hello?
This hello carries an invitation — not just to greet the world, but to return to yourself. For many women in midlife and beyond, the focus has long been on caring for others: children, partners, careers, responsibilities. Rarely do we pause long enough to offer that same presence to our own hearts.
This work is about creating a soft landing — a space to listen inward, to reconnect with your wisdom, and to rediscover the vitality that has always been within you. A single pause can open the door. A single breath can shift everything. And often, the first step is simply beginning a Discovery Call.
