Private sessions are just that: an intimate retreat created around you. It may be the two of us in the quiet of my garden studio, or a circle of loved ones gathered in your home for an evening of nurturance.
Each experience is unique, woven from the practices that call to you most: yoga nidra, mindful breathing, restorative movement, useful self-care practices — food for the soul. Together, we decide what feels nourishing for the moment — a quiet reset, an embodied birthday celebration, or a “just because” evening of care with loved ones.
These gatherings are less about doing and more about receiving. They are soft landings — spaces where you and those you love can exhale, reconnect, and remember that self-care is not indulgence but medicine. Whether you arrive alone or with a circle of friends, you leave with tools, practices, and a renewed sense of what it means to feel at home in yourself.
