Beautiful indoor and garden setting options on Ramsdell Ave. in La Crescenta. If you miss class and are unable to make it up, a recording can be sent in its place when requested and garden classes will be indoors if weather is not agreeable.

Yoga via Zoom
Join the group class live Monday morning’s at 7:30am and if you for some reason miss it live, you will receive a recording of the class to access anytime.
Private classes done in person can also be recorded. We will work on what you need and want to focus on and then you can revisit the recording all month.
